This morning, Canon Canada announced the development of the first flagship model for the EOS R camera system, the EOS R1. The new mirrorless camera geared towards creative professionals will deploy an advanced image processing engine that utilizes deep learning technology for unprecedented speed and accuracy. Canon also promises an all-new CMOS sensor and impactful advancements in autofocus, subject recognition, noise reduction and many other functions. The EOS R1 is slated for a 2024 release....
