X-T50

XF16-50mm F2.8-4.8 R LM WR
Fujifilm has rolled out the XF16-50mm F2.8-4.8 R LM WR, stepping in as the successor to the beloved Fujinon 18-55mm F2.8-4.0 R LM OIS kit zoom. While the new lens sacrifices a bit of reach and light transmission, it compensates by widening to 16mm, offering a more expansive 24mm equivalent wide angle-of-view. Although the lens ditches image stabilization, Fujifilm assures us it's enhanced in three key areas: autofocus is speedier, the shift to an internal zoom design makes it weather-resistant, and it boasts sharper results, particularly suited for the 40MP X-series cameras.

Fujifilm just unveiled the GF500mm F5.6 R LM OIS WR, a super-telephoto prime lens tailored for their GFX medium format system. Despite its impressive reach, this lens maintains a relatively lightweight and compact build, measuring 247mm (9.4") in length and weighing just 1,375g (3.03 lbs). It boasts built-in image stabilization, offering up to 6.0EV of correction. With 21 elements in 14 groups, including 5 extra-low dispersion (ED) elements and 2 Super ED elements, this lens ensures exceptional image quality. Pair it with Fujifilm's 1.4x teleconverter for a 700mm (554mm equiv) angle of view at F8 maximum aperture. Thanks to its internal focus design and linear motor, autofocus is impressively swift.
